www.KennethGardner.com Hello. My name is Kenneth Gardner, and I’m here to talk to you about using essential oils in cooking and baking, and we’re talking about the Young Living essential oils. We have various herbs and citrus fruits here. On the herb side, we have basil, black pepper, cinnamon bark, clove, coriander, dill, fennel, ginger, marjoram, mountain savory, nutmeg, oregano, peppermint, rosemary, sage, spearmint, tarragon, and thyme. On the citrus side, we have grapefruit, lemon, orange, and tangerine. And we also have this interesting essential oil blend called Citrus Fresh, which may come in handy, and it’s a blend of orange, mandarin, tangerine, lemon, grapefruit, and spearmint. So what’s the deal about using essential oils in cooking and baking? The essential oil is the life-blood of the plant. So it’s going to be more healthy for you, and it’s going to more potent than dried herbs because dried herbs have most of the essential oil dried out of them. These essential oils will also be excellent to use when fresh herbs are not available. You can use the essential oil, and that might even be better. It’s important, though, to have therapeutic grade essential oils because you’re ingesting them, you’re eating them in your food. (And even when when you’re applying essential oils to your body or smelling them, you still want them to be therapeutic grade, and very few are besides Young Living essential oils. I’ve covered that in other videos, what that means.) There

I am sure any Chef would rather have those oils instead of dryed herbs.
